These terms apply to your use of the website yeptennis.com ("YepTennis", "the site"). By using the site, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.

1. The service

YepTennis provides free tennis information for personal, non-commercial use: scores, results, rankings, a tournament calendar and links to news. No account is needed.

2. Accuracy of information

Information comes from third-party sources and is updated several times a day. We try to keep it correct, but scores, times and rankings may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. The site is provided "as is", without any guarantee. Always check official sources before relying on the information, and do not use it for betting or any financial decision.

3. Third-party content and links

News headlines and short summaries come from BBC Sport and the ATP Tour and link to the original articles, which belong to their publishers. Player profiles quote Wikipedia. We are not responsible for the content of external websites.

4. Intellectual property

The design, texts and code of YepTennis belong to YepTennis. Names and logos of tournaments, tours and organisations belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. YepTennis is not affiliated with the ATP, the WTA, the ITF or the Grand Slam tournaments.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy the site's data in bulk, scrape it automatically, overload it, or use it in any way that breaks the law or harms the site or other users.

6. Personal data

YepTennis has no user accounts and does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site. If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply. To ask about your data, write to contact@yeptennis.com.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, YepTennis is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the site, from errors in the information, or from the site being unavailable.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent French courts, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.
